The Build is a production-grade Layer, scoped per project. Typical timeline: 2–8 weeks. We commit to a launch date in writing at the start.
If we miss that date on our side, your Build invoice drops by 50%.
The only exception is delay caused by the client side — missing tool access, unreturned approvals, scope changes mid-build. We flag those in writing the moment they happen.

Care is monthly operation of your Layer. Monitoring, maintenance, one new module or improvement per quarter, monthly ROI report.

90-day ROI backstop. If the first 90 days don't deliver at least Care's monthly fee in measurable value, we automatically refund the most recent month.
