How to use this

Answer every question with a plain yes or no. If the answer is sort of, that is a no. A system either works without you or it does not. Your score updates as you go and lands in one of three bands once all twelve are answered.

The questions cover six areas: reporting, naming, attribution, alerts, ownership, and AI. Each one tests whether a piece of your operational layer runs on its own or runs on somebody's time. Two yes answers in an area means that piece holds. One or zero means it leaks.

Nothing here gets saved or sent anywhere. The score lives in your browser and disappears when you leave. If you want the deeper version, the Performance Audit walks the same territory through your real accounts and data, and you keep the plan either way.

Questions

Scorecard FAQs

What counts as a yes?

A yes means the thing works without one specific person remembering to do it. If your weekly report builds itself but only when one analyst runs the script, that is a no. The test is whether the system survives a week of vacation.

My score is low. What should I fix first?

Start with reporting and alerts. Those two return time fastest and protect you from silent breakage. Then clean up naming, because every downstream fix depends on data you can read. The Performance Audit turns all of this into a dollar-weighted list, ranked by what each fix is worth.

Is this scorecard a sales pitch?

It is a filter, in both directions. A high score means you may not need us, and we will say so. A low score means real money is leaking through the operational layer, and a Diagnostic Call is the fastest way to size the leak.

Want the score on your real accounts?

The scorecard is the shortcut. The Performance Audit is the map: fixed scope, your real data, and a dollar-weighted plan you keep either way.
